Today the QA Management Team comprising of Lee Heaton (General Manager), Paul Taylor (Managing Director), Kathy Yates (Operations Director) drive through a proactive system of continuous improvement through focused monthly Management Review Meetings which encompasses the strategic direction of the business and all operational issues underpinning this strategy.
In 2002, HYQUIP successfully upgraded its Quality Management System to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and has recently upgraded to ISO 9001:2015.
