The range of hydraulic double-acting MDR series cylinder has been developed to meet the most demanding drive unit requirements of the industrial sector. The compact construction with nitrurated steel guide or with plastic bands and steel piston, along with the care to choose the materials and the used junction, make these hydraulic actuators a valid choice for all types of industrial applications in which maximum reliability and repeatability with high dynamic working features are required


  • Bore diameters: dimensional range since 32 mm to 250 mm. Larger dimensions on request*
  • Bore raw material: honed cylinder tubes, welded + drawn, honed tubed ISO H8
  • Rod diameters: it´s possible to chose a wide range of bore and rod configurations. Dimensional rod range available from 16 mm to 180 mm. Larger dimensions on request*
  • Rod raw material: ground and hard chrome plated steel F-1140. Ra max 0.25 μm, tolerance f7
  • Stroke: on request from the customer with dimensional tolerances from 0 to 1 mm sizes up to 1000 mm. and 0 to 4 mm up to 2000 mm
  • Maximum working speed: with joint type A 0.5 m/s, with joint type V 10 m/s
  • Operating temperature: with joint type A from -20 °C to +80 °C, with joint type V from -20 °C to + 120 °C
  • Standard hydraulic fluid: mineral oil according to ISO 6743/4 - 1982 with purity's degree according to ISO 4406
  • Mountings and accessories available: 7 different kind of standard mounting*
