Head Press Fit Bushings have a head to resist heavy axial loads which can be left exposed, or recessed by counter boring the installation hole. These are similar to a P bushing and are also usually permanently installed pressed into the jig plate, and are used most frequently in installations where the bushing is expected to never be replaced such as single-operation drilling or reaming.
