Supports, Rests and Feet

The precision height locator features a tightly fitting shank, designed for installation in a reamed hole. Rest buttons serve as versatile supports, side locator pads, and jig feet. They are offered in head diameters ranging from 3/8" to 1-1/4" (10mm to 20mm in metric), with various height options available. These rest buttons are available in both steel and stainless steel options.

Edge Grippers are useful for applications where installation of traditional face-mounted grippers is difficult. With a flat design that positions the mounting screw parallel to the serrated face, they offer an efficient solution. These grippers are especially effective when mounted at the top edge of a clamping surface, such as a vise jaw. Made from durable, replaceable inserts that, when installed to a fixture, enhance both holding power and wear resistance. Their design allows them to slightly penetrate the workpiece, increasing gripping force beyond simple static friction.  Available in square sizes ranging from 3/8" to 1" (10 to 25mm), with various thicknesses and serration options. These are available in serrations including fine, super fine and extra fine.

Compact screw jack featuring a knurled top for effortless finger adjustments. If needed, the matching Knurled Check Nut can be ordered separately. This item is offered in thread sizes ranging from 5/16-18 to 5/8-11, with many available in various lengths.

The heavy-duty swivel foot pivots to ensure even contact with sloped surfaces. Its large swivel ball offers a high load capacity with an 18° total swivel angle. Tapped-hole sizes range from 1/4-20 to 1"-8 (M6 to M20 in metric). These are available with both steel and Delrin® pads. The Delrin® pad prevents surface damage, though it has a lower load capacity compared to the steel pad. Tapped-hole sizes range from 1/4-20 to 5/8-11.

The threaded rest button features a hex head and is precision-machined to be .005 to .010" over the nominal height, allowing for finish grinding after installation. Screw rest buttons are ideal for use as supports and jig feet. They are available in thread sizes ranging from 1/4-20 to 1/2-13 (M6 to M12 in metric), with various height options to choose from.

Screw jack equipped with a spring-loaded clutch system. The knurled head automatically disengages once the specified end force is reached, preventing damage to thin-walled and delicate workpieces. This comes with a Knurled Check Nut and is available in thread sizes ranging from 1/4-20 to 5/8-11.

Square Grippers are comparable to Round Grippers, but their square shape makes them ideal when preventing rotation is necessary, as they can be mounted against a step to resist turning. Made from durable, replaceable inserts that, when installed to a fixture, enhance both holding power and wear resistance.  Instead of relying solely on static friction, they are engineered to make slight indentations in the workpiece, significantly increasing gripping force. Square grippers are available in various sizes and finishes including Hardened tool steel, carbide tipped and solid carbide.

A heavy duty stud levelling foot  that features a wide-diameter pad and an integrated stud. The stud and swivel ball are crafted as a single, sturdy piece. The large swivel ball allows for a high load capacity and offers a total swivel range of 20°. Available in thread sizes ranging from #10-32 to 1"-8 (M6 to M20 in metric), with five different material and finish options.
