Clamp Straps

Carr Lane forged clamp straps are high strength tapped heel clamp straps that are available with either a locator nose or plain radius nose. These clamp straps have a tapped heel that accepts an adjustable rear support, such as a Stud levelling Foot. The items are available to accommodate stud sizes of fit 5/8-11, 3/4-10, and 7/8-9.

 Carr Lane replacement pads are offered as a replacement or optional pads for clamp straps. These replacement pads are available in 3 different materials including steel, reinforced plastic and brass.

Carr Lane double end clamp straps are heavy duty clamp straps with two clamping ends that are identical. Strap can be turned 90° to allow for clear loading. These are available to accommodate stud sizes from 1/4-20 to 3/4-10 (M6 to M20 in metric), each in a range of strap lengths. These clamp straps can be ordered individually or as part of a complete clamp assembly. The assemblies available including assembly with spherical nut & washer, assembly with flange nut, assembly with hand knob & spherical washer, assembly with acorn nut & spherical washer, assembly with bar knob & spherical washer and assembly with cam handle & spherical washer.

Carr Lane double-end gooseneck clamp straps have two identical clamping ends, for holding two workpieces simultaneously. Strap turned 90º to allow for clear loading. These clamps are available in one clamp size that accommodates stud sizes 1/2-13 and 5/8-11 (M12 and M16 in metric). This clamp strap can be ordered by itself, or in a complete clamp assembly. Carr Lane Tapped-Heel Padded Clamp Straps include a replaceable clamping pad secured with two screws. They also fit to custom pads or other attachments. The straps are available to accommodate stud sizes ranging from 1/4-20 to 1/2-13, with various strap length options. Each side has a tapped hole at the rear for installing a Finger Pin. This clamp strap can be ordered by itself, or in a complete clamp assembly. The available assemblies are assembly with hex-head clamping screw, assembly with hand-knob clamping screw, assembly with levelling foot and assembly with clamp rest.

Mini-size stainless steel version of our Tapped-Heel Clamp Straps. Extra-wide nose can be used to distribute clamping force evenly, or to clamp two parts simultaneously. These clamp straps are designed with a tapped heel that accommodates a clamping screw or adjustable rear support. To clamp using the clamping screw, simply tighten the screw. These straps feature a slot underneath, enabling them to slide back easily for straightforward loading. Additionally, each side has a tapped hole at the rear for installing a Finger Pin. Carr Lane Slotted-Heel Gooseneck Clamp Straps are engineered to recess the clamping nut, offering a compact overall profile. These clamp straps feature a slot underneath, allowing them to slide straight back for easy loading. Each side has a rear indentation for a secure grip when retracting the clamp. The Slotted-Heel Gooseneck Clamp Straps displayed here are designed for the Standard System MF40 (1/2-13 stud size). They can be assembled into either a low or tall clamp assembly by selecting the appropriate short or long Clamping Studs and Clamp Rests.
