Hydraulically Lifted High Load Roller Track
Hilma die changing cushions with armoured rollers facilitate the handling of very heavy dies. The rugged armoured rollers, which are installed in the cushion, are hydraulically lifted for die change. The solid construction is perfectly suitable for the arduous conditions prevailing in press shops and guarantees a long service life.

Application:

Function:
The armoured rollers are provided with pistons on their lower side. By means of a hydraulic pressure generator pressure is applied, and the pistons lift the armoured rollers. The die is not in contact with the bed plate and can be moved effortlessly.
