The HYDAC "AM" Aquamicron Filter Elements offer 40μm filtration with a high dirt and water retention capacity, ensuring prolonged oil service life and consistent cleanliness under operating pressures up to 25 bar and temperatures between 0 °C and +100 °C. Utilizing Aquamicron® technology, these elements chemically bond water from hydraulic and biodegradable oils, maintaining effective separation even under fluctuating pressure conditions. HYDAC "D" Type pressure line filter elements offer high-efficiency absolute filtration (3µm to 20µm), exceptional dirt-holding capacity, and robust collapse stability (up to 210 bar), making them ideal for high-pressure applications requiring reliable contamination control and low pressure drop.

"R" type elements are used in return line filters, e.g. in the series RF, RFD, RFM, RFL, RFLD, RFM, NF, NFD.

HYDAC "S" Type Suction Strainer filter elements, available in 125 µm or 75 µm ratings and multiple sizes (0015 to 0180), are designed for direct installation in pump suction lines to protect against large contaminants, featuring stainless steel mesh media, optional bypass valve (0.2 bar), and durable construction for flow rates up to 300 l/min in operating temperatures from -10 °C to +100 °C.
