Carr Lane Head Press Fit Bushings are a variation of standard press fit bushings, featuring a head designed to withstand significant axial loads. These bushings are permanently installed into the jig plate and are typically used for single-operation drilling or reaming, where the bushings are not intended to be replaced throughout the tooling's lifespan. The head of these bushings can either remain exposed or be recessed by counterboring the installation hole.

Carr Lane double acting ball lock pins are available with three different handle variants including: Ring handle, T handle and L handle. Ball Lock Pins are high-strength, quick-release alignment pins with a precision ground shank and positive locking. Ball Lock Pins are high-strength, quick-release alignment pins with a precision ground shank and positive locking. These pins are available in pin diameters from 3/16 to 1" (5 to 20mm in metric). . Pallet fixture keys are designed for securing tooling plates and blocks to standard DIN pallets. Each pallet needs one centre key and one radial key for proper orientation. If needed, the radial key can be removed after the pallet is secured to the machine table. The threaded hole on top of each pin simplifies both insertion and removal. The centre keys featured here are compatible with 25, 30, and 50mm centre-hole diameters, while the radial keys are available for 20 and 25mm radial-hole diameters.

Carr Lane’s T nuts are completely manufactured to fit precisely in a specific machine-table T slot. Their design features a long, thin body and a flange on a single end. These T nuts are offered in sizes for almost any inch or metric machine-table slot. Each has a choice of thread sizes. Standard T Nuts are designed and crafted using mild steel material with a black oxide finish. A stainless steel variation is also available.

Phenolic knurled knobs are compact, ergonomic knobs made from phenolic material. The textured head ensures a secure grip for easy hand tightening in light clamping tasks. A moulded brass insert enhances thread durability and strength. There is a selection of five different knob sizes and available with a moulded in steel stud. These knobs are available in three different configurations, which includes: stud type, stud type with short hub and tapped.

A compact threaded contact bolt featuring an integrated swivel ball secured by a retaining ring. The flat gripper surface is precisely machined directly onto the swivel ball. A built-in stop ensures the ball doesn't swivel beyond a certain point. This component can function as either a contact bolt or a support. It is offered in thread sizes ranging from #10-32 to 5/16-18 (M6 to M8 in metric), with various length options available. For larger sizes, refer to the Gripper Swivel Contact Bolts.

A precision swivel ball that functions as both a contact bolt and a rest pad. When used as contact bolts, these swivel-ball units are perfect for distributing clamping pressure evenly on sloped or uneven surfaces. As rest pads, they are precision-ground on both the top and bottom for precise height positioning, even on sloped surfaces. Featuring a 20° total swivel angle, these are available in thread sizes ranging from 5/16-18 to 5/8-11.

This plunger features a long-stroke, spring-loaded design that securely locks when retracted. The L-shaped handle allows for fast retraction and locking.  It comes in thread sizes ranging from 1/4-20 to 5/8-11 and is available in both steel and stainless steel options.

Carr Lanes cone locating pin is designed to be used with the matching bushing. These pins are ideal for the fast assembly of two fixture parts, as they help accommodate significant misalignment. The pin's shank diameter and the bushing's outer diameter are precisely the same, enabling both fixture pieces to be bored for the installation hole simultaneously, ensuring enhanced accuracy. The mating bushing is paired with a Cone Locator Pin to align two pieces of a fixture.  These are offered with 1/2 and 3/4" shank diameters (12 and 20mm in metric).
