Carr Lane Heavy Duty Ball Lock Pins - Ring handle
Carr Lane ring handle heavy duty ball lock pins are one of four variations within the heavy-duty ball lock pin range. The heavy-duty ball lock pins act similarly to standard ball lock pins with the difference being that they have a larger, heavier handle for rough service. Available in pin diameters from 3/16 to 1/2" (5 to 12mm in metric), in stainless steel only. Pins with special grip lengths up to 12” (300mm) and other special features are available with additional lead time. Carr Lane Slotted-Heel Gooseneck Clamp Straps
Carr Lane Slotted-Heel Gooseneck Clamp Straps are engineered to recess the clamping nut, offering a compact overall profile. These clamp straps feature a slot underneath, allowing them to slide straight back for easy loading. Each side has a rear indentation for a secure grip when retracting the clamp. The Slotted-Heel Gooseneck Clamp Straps displayed here are designed for the Standard System MF40 (1/2-13 stud size). They can be assembled into either a low or tall clamp assembly by selecting the appropriate short or long Clamping Studs and Clamp Rests.

Carr Lane Miniature Stainless Steel Slotted-Heel Clamp Straps
Carr lane miniature stainless steel slotted-heel clamp straps are equipped with a radius nose to provide firm workpiece contact. These clamp straps feature a slot underneath to slide straight back for easy loading. These are available to accommodate stud sizes ranging from #10-32 to 3/8-16, each in a choice of strap lengths. This clamp strap can be ordered individually or in a complete clamp assembly. The available assemblies are assembly with flange nut, assembly with spherical nut & washer, assembly with knurled knob and assembly with knurled knob & spherical washer.

Carr Lane Press fit bushings are the most common yet most cost-effective type of drill bushing in the range. P-style drill bushings are the most common and cost-effective type of drill bushing. These bushings are permanently installed into the jig plate, typically flush with the top surface. Press fit bushings (P- style) bushings are primarily used for single-operation drilling or reaming, particularly when there is no expectation of replacing the bushings throughout the tooling's lifespan. They can be mounted closer together than headed bushings but provide less resistance to heavy axial loads. These are available in both ground and unground variants. Standard bushes are listed below however configurations are available on enquiry.
