Heavy-Duty Swivel Hoist Rings are built with a forged lifting ring and a simplified design for easy disassembly. These hoist rings can pivot 180° and swivel 360° simultaneously, enabling lifting from any direction. They are available with both inch and metric threads, offering load capacities up to 30,000 lbs, with many options featuring different bolt lengths. For sizes up to 10,000 lbs, a long ring option is available, providing added reach and compatibility with larger lifting hooks.

These Heavy-Duty® Swivel Hoist Rings feature a centre through-hole instead of a bolt, allowing for mounting with a custom anchoring system. The forged alloy-steel ring pivots 180° and swivels 360°, enabling lifting from any direction. With a safety factor of 5:1, these hoist rings are available in load capacities up to 24,000 lbs. Large, precision rest pad suited for heavy-duty applications. These hardened pads have a larger and more durable contact surface to support heavier workpieces. These are offered in one size with a square pad, and three sizes with a rectangular pad.

Heavy-duty screw jacks provide adjustable support that accepts any of the three tips in the Carr Lane range. Available in both metric and imperial sizing with the choice of three screw jack tips. These heavy duty screw jacks are made with a steel black oxide finish and mounting screw sizes that range from  1/2-13 - 5/8-11 or M12 - M16.

Hex head handle expanding pins are alignments pins that expand to offer the highest tolerance alignment of two holes possible. Created with female split bushings separated by male segments formed on centre spindle that is allowed to expand when drawn together. They are available in standard pin diameters from 1/4" to 3/4" in a range of different lengths

A practical hold-down clip designed to prevent Swivel Hoist Rings and Side-Pull Hoist Rings from rotating when not in use. Made of spring steel and zinc plated. Available in two sizes: one for ring diameters ranging from 3/8" to 5/8", and the other for ring diameters from 3/4" to 1-1/16".

Carr Lane hook clamps are manufactures to swing into the clamping position manually, then using a screwing action can be clamped down.  These clamps provide clear access when swung to the unclamped position, making them perfect for tight spaces where strong clamping force is essential. They can be mounted either in a reamed hole or with a Hook-Clamp Holder or Mounting Block (sold separately). For taller clamping applications, Riser Cylinders are available to extend the reach of standard Hook-Clamp Holders.  These clamps are available in various finishes and sizes to accommodate the needs of your application.

Carr Lane offer a wide range of horizontal handle toggle clamps including the standard HTC design as well as extra-wide opening and low arm handle variants. These are available in seven sizes, commonly available with an option of straight or flanged base with either a solid or open arm. These are available in both steel and stainless steel with a range of holding capacities to suit the needs of your application.

Index plungers are heavy-duty assemblies featuring a retractable, spring-loaded plunger and a corresponding locating bushing (sold separately). Tapered Index Plungers have a 15° taper on the plunger tip that matches the taper in the bushing, facilitating easier alignment and preventing binding during retraction. A straight plunger option is also available for slightly better positional accuracy. The plunger is fully retracted by a rotary-cam action when the handle is rotated 180°, with hardened steel cam surfaces for durability. The standard-mount configuration shown here includes a whistle notch on the Index Plunger to align with a setscrew. This configuration comes in three sizes, offering both inch and metric plunger diameters.

The heavy-duty levelling assembly consists of a radius-head screw, a tapped plate, and a hex nut, designed for durability and reliable performance.
