 Carr lane offer a range of knurled check nuts , knurled nuts and acorn nuts. Knurled check nuts are versatile lock nuts designed for easy finger tightening. Available in thread sizes ranging from #10-32 to 5/8-11 (M5 to M16 in metric).  Knurled nuts are robust lock nuts that can be tightened by hand or with a 1/4" or 6mm diameter extension rod. Features a large contact surface. Available in thread sizes from 1/4-20 to 5/8-11 (M6 to M16 in metric). Made in the USA. Acorn nuts are used to cover the end of a stud, preventing snagging and protecting the threads. Available in thread sizes from 1/4-20 to 3/4-10 (M6 to M20 in metric).

Carr Lane Adjustable ball lock pins have an adjustable grip length and can be used from clamping or simply to provide a varied grip length. This range is available in three variants including: T handle, Knob handle and L handle. Available in pin diameters from 1/4 to 1" (6 to 20mm in metric), in stainless steel only. Pins with special grip lengths up to 12” (300mm) and other special features are available with additional lead time. Adjustable-torque thumb screws exert positive and repeatable force. When turned clockwise, the knob disengages and rotates freely once the desired torque is reach. Turning it anti-clockwise locks the knob for a secure retraction. These can be used as a controlled-torque nut or as a thumb screw by fitting a custom screw in the tapped hole. Available in both metric and imperial sizes.

Carr Lane air-powered toggle clamps act similarly to a standard toggle clamp with the difference of being operated by a double acting cylinder rather than manually. These are a pneumatic variant of Carr Lane hydraulic swing clamps for when light clamping force is required in application. These clamps are available with several clamp types such as open arm open arm position sensing, solid arm and solid arm position sensing. This range offers products with varied holding capacities from 100lbs to 5000lbs.

This press-in receptacle creates an ideal mating hole for a Ball Plunger. The 90° point ensures smooth detent action and dependable retention. These hardened receptacles are designed to withstand side loads, preventing wear to the parent material. Durable multi-purpose ball knobs available in seven ball sizes with the largest size available with a recessed top. These can be manufactured in several materials including Phenolic plastic, Thermoplastic, Cushion Grip, Steel and Stainless Steel. Each ball knobs comes fitted with a mould in brass insert to provide superior thread strength making them suitable for any application. Oval ball knobs are available in phenolic plastic and have a choice of two shapes.
