Carr Lane T-handle ball lock pins are one of four variations within their ball lock pin range. These ball lock pins are manufactured as durable, quick release alignment pins with a precision ground shank. This range is available in both steel or stainless-steel materials in both metric and imperial sizing. The sizes range from 3/16 to 1" (5 to 20mm in metric). Listed below are the standard part numbers within the T-handle range. All ball lock pins have the option of adding a cable. Economical , quick-release detent pin used in applications where grip length isn't important. These alignment pins are are equipped with a on spring-loaded locking ball and has a ring rather than a solid shoulder. The locking  balls use spring force to lock the pin in place and doesn't use positive locking like a ball lock pin. Using these detent pins is easy, simply push the pin to insert and pull to remove.

Slotted Locator Bushings are compatible with various alignment and locating pins to align two holes without binding. These precision bushings feature a tight tolerance in one direction and full relief in the perpendicular direction. The headed version offers increased resistance to axial loads, with the head either left exposed or recessed by counterboring the installation hole. Available for pin diameters ranging from 3/16" to 1/2". An optional version in hardened 440C stainless steel is also available.

Carr Lane’s no-rebound hammers, also known as dead blow hammers, provide maximum impact and deliver 50% more force than standard hammers. Their design features specialized steel pellets that transfer momentum directly to the impact point.

These specialized C-clamps feature a hinged pad designed to be permanently attached to a fixture, enabling them to swing out of the way for easy loading of workpieces. The hinged mounting pad is securely fastened to the fixture using two socket-head cap screws. A four-prong knob offers a solid grip for tasks that demand rapid tightening and high torque. The clamping screw is firmly cast into the knob and includes a removable swivel foot. These clamps are offered in four different sizes

Carr lanes clamp rests offer rear support for slotted heel clamp straps. The steel variants are equipped with a hex head to allow adjustment and is furnished with a jam nut. The stainless-steel variant is manufactured with a drilled to accommodate a rod to allow turning. Each of these variants are  available in various sizes. Carr lane clamp rest screws available in thread sizes 3/8-16 and 1/2-13, each in a choice of three lengths.

Carr Lane cam handles are designed for use with an Eye Bolt or a custom-made drawbar. The continuous-rise spiral cam locks firmly in place at any position. It is available to fit Eye Bolt sizes ranging from 1/4-20 to 3/4-10 (M6 to M20 in metric).

Carr Lane one-touch quick acting swing clamps are available in three variations including vertical cam handle, hex drive and horizontal cam lever. One-Touch Swing Clamps are manually operated clamps that first rotate exactly 70° clockwise into position then clamp straight down in one continuous motion. Each variant has different clamp sizes that apply a range of different maximum clamping forces.

Carr lane cam edge clamps are offered with either a fixed base or slotted base. Option between counter clockwise or clockwise movement to the clamp. These are Available in two sizes, with 5/16-18 or 1/2-13 mounting screws (M8 or M12 in metric). These are available in both metric and imperial sizing.

Carr Lane forged clamp straps are high strength tapped heel clamp straps that are available with either a locator nose or plain radius nose. These clamp straps have a tapped heel that accepts an adjustable rear support, such as a Stud levelling Foot. The items are available to accommodate stud sizes of fit 5/8-11, 3/4-10, and 7/8-9.

Index plungers are heavy-duty assemblies featuring a retractable, spring-loaded plunger and a corresponding locating bushing (sold separately). Tapered Index Plungers have a 15° taper on the plunger tip that matches the taper in the bushing, facilitating easier alignment and preventing binding during retraction. A straight plunger option is also available for slightly better positional accuracy. The plunger is fully retracted by a rotary-cam action when the handle is rotated 180°, with hardened steel cam surfaces for durability. The standard-mount configuration shown here includes a whistle notch on the Index Plunger to align with a setscrew. This configuration comes in three sizes, offering both inch and metric plunger diameters.
