Economical , quick-release detent pin used in applications where grip length isn't important. These alignment pins are are equipped with a on spring-loaded locking ball and has a ring rather than a solid shoulder. The locking balls use spring force to lock the pin in place and doesn't use positive locking like a ball lock pin. Using these detent pins is easy, simply push the pin to insert and pull to remove.

Economical, quick-release alignment pin with a solid steel shank and one spring-loaded locking ball. This type of Detent Pin has a ring instead of a solid shoulder, for applications where exact grip length is not important. Locking ball holds the detent pin in place by spring force (not positive locking like a Ball Lock Pin). Simply push the detent pin to insert, and pull to remove.
Available in standard pin diameters 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", and 1/2", in the standard grip lengths.

To order detent pins with a standard 12" cable assembly attached add "-C" to the part number or for an optional 10" nylon lanyard, add "-NL" to the part number.
