Carr Lane Spherical nuts and washers is a combination of a nut and washer designed to compensate when a stud and clamping surface aren't perfectly perpendicular. This heavy-hex nut is similar to a Flange Nut but features a convex spherical radius underneath. The washer has a corresponding concave spherical radius to the nut.
