Crossing Borders: Alister’s Project in Guatemala

Last month, our Technical Services Manager, Alister, travelled to Guatemala to support a new customer facing several system challenges.

After navigating tropical storms and new surroundings, it was time to get to work. The client had been dissatisfied by their previous partner and urgently needed expert support. With help from our partners at Bosch Rexroth, Alister was on-site within just a few days.

The project involved everything from fault finding and servicing to setting up new pumps and systems. Alister also delivered on-site training for the client’s engineers, earning some fantastic feedback along the way.
