Intensifier Systems

The M-HC-010 In-line Intensifier System is designed to boost the hydraulic pressure from the pump to the workload. The system operates by solenoid activation. The operator is in full control of the system and can decide if a boosted pressure to the workload should be applied.

M-HC-010 is provided with four mounting holes for through bolt installation. The four connection ports are placed logically in pairs and in line of each other on the HIC block. All surfaces are electroplated for good protection and fine surface finish.

The miniBOOSTER Portable Intensifier System M-HC7 is a rugged unit designed for demanding industrial applications. The M-HC7 can be used with any low-pressure, from 20 to 350 bar, power source providing a minimum flow of 2 l/min. Output pressure as high as 2,000 bar.

Reliability is a primary design consideration. The M-HC7 is equipped with a 12-micron filter and a visual filter condition indicator. Service life is extended and down-time avoided.

The miniBOOSTER Portable Intensifier System M-HC2 is a rugged unit designed for demanding industrial applications. The M-HC2 can be used with any low-pressure, from 20 to 350 bar, power source providing a minimum flow of 2 l/min. Output pressure as high as 800 bar.

With a weight of only 9.5 kg and a convenient lifting handle, the M-HC2 can be easily carried to where it is needed. The M-HC2 operates from an existing low pressure hydraulic supply. No additional utilities are required. All controls are incorporated into the unit provide simple and reliable performance.

HC62-013 In-line Intensifier System is designed to boost the hydraulic pressure from the pump to the workload. It operates only when needed, to save energy. The system is dynamical by means of being able to provide flow at high pressure.

HC62-013 is provided with four mounting holes for through bolt installation. The four connection ports are placed logically in pairs and in line of each other on the HIC block. All surfaces are electroplated for good protection and fine surface finish.

Applicable to machines with insufficient pump capacity to prevent machine stoppage when peak pressures occur.

The M-HC6 is a complete, ready-to-install, high-flow and high-pressure intensifier system. The system is based on the miniBOOSTER HC6 intensifier and includes integral high-flow bypass and isolation valves.

The intensifier system M-HC6-004 also includes a relief valve on the HP-side.

The system is ideal for mobile attachments to take full advantage of the pump capacity for fast-forward movement of the hydraulic cylinder(s) and to boost pressure, when needed to achieve intensified (crushing/clamping) pressures.

The M-HC22 is a compact field unit weighing only 5.0 kg. It is ideal for use in a variety of applications where building and maintaining high pressure is required.

The M-HC22 raises supplied pressure to a higher outlet pressure and automatically compensates for oil consumption to maintain the high pressure.

The M-HC22 incorporates a Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) to control inlet pressure to the booster section, and an optional orifice to reduce inlet flow to the maximum allowed for the intensification ratio selected.

The integrated Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) protects both booster and high-pressure tool against too high pressure. It secures a stable high pressure regardless of changes in the tank line pressure.

The M-HC25 is a compact field unit weighing only 5.0 kg. It is ideal for use in a variety of applications where building and maintaining high pressure is required.

The M-HC25 incorporates a counterbalance valve, which allows fast-forward movement of a cylinder by directing the full inlet flow to pass directly through the booster section until the set pressure has been reached. Then the counterbalance valve opens, and the booster starts oscillating.

The M-HC25 booster will automatically stall when the high-pressure side H is reached. The booster will continuously compensate for oil consumption to maintain the high pressure. Adjustment of the outlet pressure is carried out by varying the supplied pressure.

An optional orifice can be mounted in the booster to reduce inlet flow to the maximum allowed for the intensification ratio selected.
