The innovative grooved-bar design operates efficiently and securely – simply push the bar forward to engage the workpiece, then rotate clockwise to apply pressure. To release, turn anti-clockwise and slide the bar back. The Sliding handle can be moved to any position to provide optimal leverage. Precision bullet-nose locating pins are commonly paired with matching bushings to accurately align two parts of a fixture. Typically, a Bullet-Nose Round Pin and a Bullet-Nose Diamond Pin are used together to align two holes without causing interference. The diamond pin is designed to locate in only one axis, preventing any binding. The pin's shank diameter matches the outer diameter (OD) of the bushing, ensuring that the installation holes can be bored simultaneously in both fixture pieces for enhanced precision.
