The threaded rest button features a hex head and is precision-machined to be .005 to .010" over the nominal height, allowing for finish grinding after installation. Screw rest buttons are ideal for use as supports and jig feet. They are available in thread sizes ranging from 1/4-20 to 1/2-13 (M6 to M12 in metric), with various height options to choose from.

Carr Lane Head Liners are similar to L bushings but include a head that offers resistance to substantial axial forces. The inner diameter of the liner has an exact sliding tolerance with the outer diameter of the replaceable bushing. This arrangement ensures the correct positioning of the replaceable bushing and shields the jig plate from damage and wear caused by regular bushing changes. The "length" specified for an HL bushing refers to its total length, not the portion beneath the head. These are available in both metric and imperial sizing.

Carr Lanes shoulder screws are a type of fastener that are manufactured with a cylindrical body and a shoulder between the threaded portion and the head of the screw. The shoulder is larger in diameter in comparison to the threaded area and is a bearing surface or precise reference point. This item is available in both metric and imperial sizing and in thread diameters from 1/4" to 3/4" (8 to 20mm). These shoulder screws are best used for critical applications where precision and performance are vital.

Carr Lane Lock screws can be used on either the "slip" side or the "fixed" side of a slip/fixed renewable bushing. Lockscrews are the most popular locking device for renewable drill bushings. These Lockscrews are designed and manufactured to be simple, strong, compact, and economical. Carr Lane lockscrews are available in a wide variety of sizes to accommodate renewable bushings ranging from 3/16" to 5" body diameter. TW series also available for thin-wall bushings. These Lockscrews are now only available in packs of 5.

Slotted Locator Bushings are compatible with various alignment and locating pins to align two holes without binding. These precision bushings feature a tight tolerance in one direction and full relief in the perpendicular direction. . Available for pin diameters ranging from 3/16" to 1/2". An optional version in hardened 440C stainless steel is also available. These are available in knurled and press fit type.

Depending on extended screw length, these threaded alignment pins can be used for clamping and locating, or clamping only. The clamping bushing is made separate from the pin, and is required to be welded in place at the proper length to fit the application.  These are available in thread sizes from #10-32 to 1/2-13 (M6 to M12 in metric)

Adjustable-toque thumb screws exert positive and repeatable force. When turned clockwise, the knob disengages and rotates freely once the desired torque is reached. Turning it anti-clockwise locks the knob for secure retraction. Adjustable-Torque Thumb Screws come with a swivel foot option and a knurled check nut. These screws are available in body-thread sizes ranging from #10-32 to 5/8-11 (M5 to M16 in metric), with various length options.
