Bosch Rexroth’s ‘Focus 5, Back-To-New’ pump repair service guarantees 5 full working days delivery from receipt of pump to return shipment on a range of A10VSO size 45-100 with DR, DFR, DRF1, DFLR AND DRG controllers, 31(R/L)-P(S/R/P)-N00 NBR &FKM sealing available. A4VSO size 125-500 with DR, DP, DRG, EO2, HS3*, HS4* and HS5*, *upgrade possible if requested, 30R-P(P/S) B-P (NBR not FKM Viton).
These are fixed price hydraulic pump repairs providing the pump returned is an original Bosch Rexroth pump and the pump housing is re-useable. All spare parts used are genuine Bosch Rexroth components. Each pump repair carries an original equipment manufacturer’s 1-year warranty.

REMAN
HYQUIP have access to an extremely limited range of common hydraulic pumps previously repaired using new OEM parts, available from stock. For HYQUIP to access one of these units you must have a critical shutdown and an equivalent pump to return, the pump housing of which must be re-useable so that reman stock can be replaced.
SERVICE BUILD
Service Builds are a fantastic way to get machines and hydraulic systems back up and running as soon as possible providing that Bosch Rexroth have the pump housing and pump parts available from stock. This is a one-off pump build via the service department. This is more expensive than a new pump from stock or a production call off, but it can significantly reduce your down time and save you money should the lead time of a new pump not be acceptable. Service build units are for machine breakdowns; however, it can be considered for new builds.
REPAIR
HYQUIP support, repair and replace all current and legacy Bosch Rexroth hydraulic pumps, this including all former brands, GL Rexroth, Mannesmann Rexroth, Brueninghaus Hydromatik, Rexroth, Indramat, Nyquist. Pumps are to be returned for an assessment, a detailed report and quotation will follow before an action is taken. Our projects office is on hand to manage this entire process with you.
