Hydac Feed Pumps Direct Drive Series Types FZP, MFZP, KFZP and MKFZP
HYDAC Feed Pumps Direct Drive Series (Types FZP, MFZP, KFZP, MKFZP) are vane-type pumps designed for low-pressure applications, equipped with an internal pressure relief valve and optimized for reliable fluid transfer. With variants supporting direct motor flange mounting, dual bearings for higher pressure, and diesel fuel compatibility, these pumps are ideal for both mobile and stationary hydraulic systems.
Key Features:
- Integrated pressure relief valve; vane-type construction
- DC drive, dual bearings, and B5 motor flange compatibility
- Supports mineral oil or diesel; self-priming, dry-run capable
HYDAC Feed Pumps Direct Drive Series Types FZP, MFZP, KFZP, MKFZP
Vane-type pump as direct drive version for the low-pressure range. Standard-equipped with internal pressure relief valve
- Nominal pressure: max. 10 bar
- Suction pressure: max. -0.4 bar
- Medium: Mineral oil in accordance with DIN 51524, max. 1500 mm²/s
- Temperature range: -20°C to +80°C (Perbunan) -20°C to +120°C (Viton)
Hydac Feed Pumps Direct Drive Series Type MFZP
Vane-type pump as direct drive version with flanged motor and internal pressure relief valve
The diesel filling pump is a MFZP with DC drive for rapid and simple repumping of diesel fuel. It can be permanently installed in mobile work machines such as excavators, paver finishers, rollers, forestry machines and cranes
Technical data:
- Medium: Diesel in accordance with DIN EN 590
- Free choice of installation position
- Flow rate: 5 - 50 (80) l/min
- Voltage: 12V DC or 24V DC
Advantages:
- compact construction, low weight
- self-priming up to 2.5 m height, no initial filling required
- good efficiency
- suitable for dry running
Hydac Feed Pumps Direct Drive Series Type KFZP
The KFZP has dual bearings, which means that pressures of up to 16 bar are possible. The continuous shaft permits the attachment of a fan or additional pumps
Hydac Feed Pumps Direct Drive Series Type MKFZP
The pumps of the series MKFZP can be mounted directly on the motor flange system B5. Thanks to the friction bearing of the pump shaft, pressures of up to 16 bar are possible
