The HYDAC CSM 2000 Series is a compact online condition monitoring system for real-time detection of solid particle contamination in hydraulic and lubrication fluids. With integrated air bubble suppression and optional AquaSensor, it ensures accurate, reliable monitoring for proactive maintenance and system diagnostics.

General Function:
The ContaminationSensor Modul CSM 2000 is an Online Condition Monitoring System for recording solid particle contamination in hydraulic and lubrication fluids with high proportions of air bubbles. Air bubbles are brought into solution by means of an integrated air bubble suppression and are thus not detected as particles. Furthermore, it is the ideal complete solution for counting out a fluid for particles, independent of the total hydraulic system.
As an option, other condition monitoring sensors such as the Hydac AquaSensor can be incorporated.
