General Function:

The ContaminationSensor Module CSM Economy 1000 is a compact and cost effective online Condition Monitoring module for conditioning hydraulic and lubricating fluids with a high level of air bubbles. It is used together with the fluid sensors (available separately) to measure solid particle contamination and water saturation. Air bubbles are dissolved via air bubble suppression and are therefore not measured as particles.
The CSM Economy 1000 is the ideal module for counting the solid particle contamination and water saturation of a fluid, independent of the overall hydraulic system. The CSM Economy consists of a motor, pump, air bubble suppression and sensor connection block and can also be combined with the fluid sensors of the series CS1000 and AS1000.
