The HYDAC Oil/Air Cooler Units Low-Noise SC and SCAF Series efficiently dissipate heat in small to medium hydraulic systems using radial fans. Versions with built-in pumps (SCA) and filters (SCAF) offer effective bypass flow cooling and oil filtration, maintaining stable oil temperatures regardless of hydraulic cycle times.

HYDAC Oil / Air Cooler Units Low-Noise SC and SCAF Series
In hydraulic systems energy is transformed and transmitted. During this transformation and transmission losses occur, i.e. mechanical and hydraulic energy is converted into heat. It is the function of the cooler to dissipate this heat. The low-noise oil-air coolers of the SC series with radial fan are used for cooling small and medium-sized hydraulic systems. The versions with built-in pump (SCA) and filter (SCAF) represent a highly efficient bypass flow cooling and filtration

SCA and SCAF series for bypass flow cooling
When the version with pump (SCA) is used, the oil temperature can also be kept constant, independent of the cycle times of the hydraulic system. The SCAF series with integrated HYDAC filter provides additional filtration of the oil
