Carr Lane Locating Keys
Standard removable-type fixture key for large fixtures, install in a 1-3/16" reamed hole. Locating Keys are used for all of our Rectangular Tooling Plates, blank and modular. Keeps underside of the fixture free of obstructions and insert from above after placing fixture on the machine. If desired, Locating Keys can be removed before machining, after the fixture is fastened to the machine table. Tapped hole in the top makes insertion and removal easier. True position within .0005" TIR. Available for slot sizes from 9/16 to 7/8" (14 to 22mm in metric).
