General Function:
RFD change-over return line filters capture all system-generated contamination. RFD return line filters prevents dangerous malfunctions in hydraulic components as a result of excessive back pressure in the return line, RFD return line filters are usually fitted with a bypass valve.
The HYDAC RFD Return line filter are designed in accordance with international regulations.
They consist of a filter housing and a threaded cover plate, two housing are connected by a ball change-over valve with negative overlap and single lever operation.
All RFD return line filters have a ball-type selector valve to provide continuous filtration without system shut-down to change clogged elements. RFD Return line filters can be fitted with breather filters as additional equipment.
