Hardened Steel Pin (Coil Spring)
With a case-hardened steel contact pin and a coil spring, this type is the most popular. It has a protective rubber seal around the contact pin to keeps out dirt and chips, and the most travel so it allows the most part-size variation.
Stainless Steel Pin (Polyurethane Spring)
This version comes with a stainless steel contact pin and a solid polyurethane body covered by an aluminium shell. The stainless steel pin is ideal for corrosive environments and hygienic applications.
Delrin® Pin (Polyurethane Spring)
This version has a Delrin® contact pin and a solid polyurethane body covered by an aluminium shell, ideal to avoid marring soft materials or finished surfaces.
