Carr Lane air-powered toggle clamps act similarly to a standard toggle clamp with the difference of being operated by a double acting cylinder rather than manually. These are a pneumatic variant of Carr Lane hydraulic swing clamps for when light clamping force is required in application. These clamps are available with several clamp types such as open arm open arm position sensing, solid arm and solid arm position sensing. Quick-release detent pins providing exact grip-length tolerance. These alignment pins are are equipped with a on spring-loaded locking ball and has a ring rather than a solid shoulder. The locking balls use spring force to lock the pin in place and doesn't use positive locking like a ball lock pin. Using these detent pins is easy, simply push the pin to insert and pull to remove.

The heavy-duty swivel foot pivots to ensure even contact with sloped surfaces. Its large swivel ball offers a high load capacity with an 18° total swivel angle. Tapped-hole sizes range from 1/4-20 to 1"-8 (M6 to M20 in metric). These are available with both steel and Delrin® pads. The Delrin® pad prevents surface damage, though it has a lower load capacity compared to the steel pad. Tapped-hole sizes range from 1/4-20 to 5/8-11.
Precision bullet-nose locating pins are commonly paired with matching bushings to accurately align two parts of a fixture. Typically, a Bullet-Nose Round Pin and a Bullet-Nose Diamond Pin are used together to align two holes without causing interference. The diamond pin is designed to locate in only one axis, preventing any binding. The pin's shank diameter matches the outer diameter (OD) of the bushing, ensuring that the installation holes can be bored simultaneously in both fixture pieces for enhanced precision.
