Carr Lane’s highly durable standard clamping studs are designed to be used with a T nut or to be directly installed into a fixture plate. These are available in both steel and stainless-steel variants with thread sizes ranging from 1/4-20 to 1"-8 (M6 to M20 in metric). A wide range of lengths are available for these clamping studs.

Carr lane clamps are available in three variants including flat, round and round end. All of the Clamp variants are available in both standard mounting and projected mounting options. These Carr Lane clamps are readily available in both metric and imperial with a wide range of sizes to fit renewable bushings from 5/16 to 5" body diameter.

Carr Lanes cone locating pin is designed to be used with the matching bushing. These pins are ideal for the fast assembly of two fixture parts, as they help accommodate significant misalignment. The pin's shank diameter and the bushing's outer diameter are precisely the same, enabling both fixture pieces to be bored for the installation hole simultaneously, ensuring enhanced accuracy. The mating bushing is paired with a Cone Locator Pin to align two pieces of a fixture.  These are offered with 1/2 and 3/4" shank diameters (12 and 20mm in metric).

Carr Lanes construction ball covers are manufactured from durable die-cast zinc to protect construction balls from any damage or impairment after setting. These covers are designed with two hole which allows the cover to be attached using #10 screws. One size accommodates all construction balls.

he precision tooling ball serves as a reference for essential inspection, layout, and machining tasks. The adjustable version is manufactured without a shoulder, allowing it to be positioned at any required height and secured with a set screw. The concentricity between the ball and shank is within .0002" TIR. These construction balls are offered in 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" ball sizes.

A precision pad for securing a Construction Ball. These pads must be attached using two socket-head cap screws, and dowels should be added to ensure precise positioning. To secure the Construction Ball, install a setscrew (not included) in the crosshole. Carr lanes coupling nuts are manufactured as extra-tall heavy-hex nuts, which are designed for connecting two studs, effectively creating an extended, extra-long stud. It is available in a wide range of thread sizes, from 1/4-20 to 1"-8, as well as metric sizes from M6 to M20, offering versatile options for various applications.

Plier-type cable crimping tool designed for manually crimping terminals and ferrules on cables. Quick-release detent pins providing exact grip-length tolerance. These alignment pins are are equipped with a on spring-loaded locking ball and has a ring rather than a solid shoulder. The locking  balls use spring force to lock the pin in place and doesn't use positive locking like a ball lock pin. Using these detent pins is easy, simply push the pin to insert and pull to remove.

 Carr Lane Diamond-Groove Bushings are manufactured for cast-in-place or potted setups. Their diamond-knurled outer diameter offers superior grip, resisting both rotational and axial forces effectively. As the outer diameter is not ground, it’s essential to precisely position the inner diameter during casting or potting to ensure the completed tool’s accuracy.
