The speed handles are designed with added weight for rapid turning as well as a long arm extension fitted to offer superior leverage for hand tightening. Available in two sizes, each comes in either a blank or tapped-through option, with tapped-hole sizes ranging from 1/2-13 to 3/4-10 (M12 to M20 in metric).

Carr Lane Spherical nuts and washers is a combination of a nut and washer designed to compensate when a stud and clamping surface aren't perfectly perpendicular. This heavy-hex nut is similar to a Flange Nut but features a convex spherical radius underneath. The washer has a corresponding concave spherical radius to the nut. These are available in steel with thread sizes ranging from 1/4-20 to 1"-8 (M6 to M24 in metric), and in stainless steel with thread ranging sizes from 1/4-20 to 3/4-10.

The precision height locator features a spherical-radius head designed to reduce the contact area with the workpiece. Its close-tolerance shank ensures a secure press-fit installation in a reamed hole. Spherical-radius locator buttons are ideal for use as supports, side locator pads, and jig feet. They are available with head diameters ranging from 3/16" to 3/8".

Spring Locating Pins are press-fit components designed to provide a compact solution for applying side force to a workpiece, ideal for positioning or light clamping. This range of Spring-Loaded Locating Pins are crafted from materials like Steel, Stainless Steel, and Delrin®. These pins come in five body diameter sizes, ranging from ¼” to 5/8”, and are available in light, medium, and heavy force options across most sizes.

Carr Lane Spring Plungers are self-contained devices that combine a plunger and spring to deliver force across a wide range of movement. Featuring a sliding plunger nose with an extended bearing length, these plungers ensure smooth, consistent operation. Available in various options, including steel, stainless steel, and combinations of stainless steel or steel with a Delrin nose.

Spring stop buttons are flange-mounted spring plungers featuring a broad contact surface, making them perfect for applying side pressure to secure a workpiece against its locators until clamps are positioned. They’re also ideal for light clamping tasks. Carr Lane provides three distinct types of spring stop buttons along with compatible spring stop button adapters to suit various applications. All of Carr Lane’s spring stop buttons come in three size options.

Square Grippers are comparable to Round Grippers, but their square shape makes them ideal when preventing rotation is necessary, as they can be mounted against a step to resist turning. Made from durable, replaceable inserts that, when installed to a fixture, enhance both holding power and wear resistance.  Instead of relying solely on static friction, they are engineered to make slight indentations in the workpiece, significantly increasing gripping force. Square grippers are available in various sizes and finishes including Hardened tool steel, carbide tipped and solid carbide.

HYQUIP supply the full range of Carr Lane plain clamps step clamps and step blocks. Step Clamps feature rear serrations that are compatible with all our Step Blocks, offering superior load-bearing performance. They are designed to fit stud sizes ranging from 3/8-16 to 3/4-10 (M10 to M20 in metric) and are available in three strap length options.  Carr Lane step blocks are engineered with serrations for enhanced load capacity. They can be used in pairs as a two-piece rest block or individually with a Step Clamp. Both Step Blocks and Step Clamps feature matching serrations, ensuring maximum flexibility. Larger blocks are equipped with a finger hole for easier handling. Step Blocks are sold as pairs (one set includes two blocks). Made in the USA. Carr lane Plain Clamps are double-ended, tapered-nose strap clamps that can hold two workpieces at once or serve as rear supports when used with Step Blocks to hold a single workpiece. They fit stud sizes from 3/8-16 to 3/4-10 (M10 to M20 in metric) and are available in three strap length choices.

Carr lanes step block and clamp sets are made up from an assortment of six step block pairs and six step clamps in a wooden holder. These sets are offered in two unique load ranges, standard and heavy. These are available to fit stud sizes from 3/8-16 to 3/4-10 (M10 to M20 in metric).

These fixture keys adapt a key-slotted fixture or vise to machine tables with a different slot size. Keys are available to fit machine-table slots that are either larger or smaller than the fixture slot. The top and bottom of the key are centred within .0005" of each other. It is available for table-slot sizes ranging from 1/2" to 1-1/16" (12mm to 20mm in metric). It is secured with a socket-head cap screw.

A heavy duty stud levelling foot  that features a wide-diameter pad and an integrated stud. The stud and swivel ball are crafted as a single, sturdy piece. The large swivel ball allows for a high load capacity and offers a total swivel range of 20°. Available in thread sizes ranging from #10-32 to 1"-8 (M6 to M20 in metric), with five different material and finish options.
