Carr Lane forged adjustable clamps are available in several variations. Thes include standard, flange nut assembly and hand knob assembly. These clamps deliver quick height adjustment without the need for blocks or shims. Its integrated design ensures fast setup and prevents the loss of clamp components. The clamp can be rotated 90° in either direction for added loading clearance. A removable brass heel protects the machine table. Available for stud sizes from 5/16-18 to 1"-8 (M8 to M24 in metric).

EZ-Cast Liners are permanent bushings that secure replaceable drill bushings on either the "slip" side or the "fixed" side. This knurled liner features an integrated lockscrew, designed for cast-in-place or potted installations.  The diamond-knurled outer diameter offers superior resistance to both rotational and axial forces. As the outer diameter of the bushing is not ground, precise alignment of the inner diameter during casting or potting is essential to maintain accuracy in the completed tool.

Carr Lane Un-A-Lok® Liners feature  a locking tab that removes the requirement for a lockscrew. UL Liners serve as permanent bushings designed to secure SF renewable drill bushings on the "slip" side, but not the "fixed" side. These Liners significantly reduce installation time in comparison to using a headliner with a lockscrew.

Carr Lane Head Press Fit Bushings are a variation of standard press fit bushings, featuring a head designed to withstand significant axial loads. These bushings are permanently installed into the jig plate and are typically used for single-operation drilling or reaming, where the bushings are not intended to be replaced throughout the tooling's lifespan. The head of these bushings can either remain exposed or be recessed by counterboring the installation hole.
