Carr Lane Locking Clamping Pins
Locking Clamping Pins are available as Complete Assembly, Pin Only and Bushing Only, similar to clamping pins except the pin is positively retained in the bushing. In its retracted position, the bushing's spring clip clips into the pin's radial groove. This prevents removal by using spring force to hold the pin in a fully retracted position. Depending on extended screw length, these threaded alignment pins can be used for clamping and locating, or clamping only. The clamping bushing is made separate from the pin, and is required to be welded in place at the proper length to fit the application. These are available in thread sizes from #10-32 to 1/2-13 (M6 to M12 in metric)

Carr Lane Locking Clamping Pins
Similar to the Clamping Pins, except that the pin is positively retained in the bushing. The bushing's spring clip ring locks the pin in fully retracted position by snapping into the pin's groove.

Carr Lane Lock screws can be used on either the "slip" side or the "fixed" side of a slip/fixed renewable bushing. Lockscrews are the most popular locking device for renewable drill bushings. These Lockscrews are designed and manufactured to be simple, strong, compact, and economical. Carr Lane lockscrews are available in a wide variety of sizes to accommodate renewable bushings ranging from 3/16" to 5" body diameter. TW series also available for thin-wall bushings. These Lockscrews are now only available in packs of 5.

Carr Lane Heavy Duty Key Inserts
Carr lane heavy duty key inserts feature a thick thread wall making it ideal and compatible with a wide range of applications. These key inserts can be used for thread reinforcement particularly when the stud or bolt is moved frequently. Key Inserts are also ideal for quickly repairing stripped, damaged, or worn threads. The locking keys ensure the insert stays securely in place, preventing rotation. These are available in both steel and stainless steal as well as both metric and imperial sizes.

Carr Lane Captive Locating Screws
Captive Locating Screws can be used for locating and clamping, or for clamping only, by selecting the appropriate screw length. The locating screw's precision-ground body is positively retained in a locking bushing and in fully retracted position, the bushing's spring clip snaps into the body's radial groove, holding the fully retracted screw by spring force and positively prevents removal. Spring pressure also holds the screw in intermediate extended positions, an advantage especially if the fixture is turned upside down. Available in thread sizes from 1/4-20 to 1/2-13.Locking-Pin Bushings are designed to press fit in a standard reamed hole. Secure with the included Lock screw to positively hold the bushing in place. Shorter or longer bushings are available in most sizes, for thinner or thicker plates.
