Carr Lane Flange Nuts

Carr Lane’s highly durable standard clamping studs are designed to be used with a T nut or to be directly installed into a fixture plate. These are available in both steel and stainless-steel variants with thread sizes ranging from 1/4-20 to 1"-8 (M6 to M20 in metric). A wide range of lengths are available for these clamping studs.

Carr Lane’s T nuts are completely manufactured to fit precisely in a specific machine-table T slot. Their design features a long, thin body and a flange on a single end. These T nuts are offered in sizes for almost any inch or metric machine-table slot. Each has a choice of thread sizes. Standard T Nuts are designed and crafted using mild steel material with a black oxide finish. A stainless steel variation is also available.

Carr lane heavy duty key inserts feature a thick thread wall making it ideal and compatible with a wide range of applications. These key inserts can be used for thread reinforcement particularly when the stud or bolt is moved frequently. Key Inserts are also ideal for quickly repairing stripped, damaged, or worn threads. The locking keys ensure the insert stays securely in place, preventing rotation. These are available in both steel and stainless steal as well as both metric and imperial sizes.

Durable multi-purpose knobs in Oval and Oval Tapered designs. Oval tapered knobs are Attractive design knobs also suitable for control levers and push pull rods, with moulded-in brass insert providing superior thread strength. The solid-plastic through hole version can be used with a shoulder screw as a revolving crank handle. Oval knobs are Comfortable-grip ball knobs that are ideal for shift levers, control levers and push pull rods, with moulded-in brass insert providing superior thread strength.

Carr Lane offer various types of washers including flat washers, spherical washers and knurled face washers. Flat washers have a serrated surface designed to stop two parts from slipping relative to one another. Spherical Washers are robust two-piece washers designed to adjust when a stud and clamping surface are not perfectly perpendicular. These items are available in metric and imperial sizing as well as steel and stainless-steel options for selected products.

Heavy-duty screw jacks provide adjustable support that accepts any of the three tips in the Carr Lane range. Available in both metric and imperial sizing with the choice of three screw jack tips. These heavy duty screw jacks are made with a steel black oxide finish and mounting screw sizes that range from  1/2-13 - 5/8-11 or M12 - M16.

Carr Lane Spherical nuts and washers is a combination of a nut and washer designed to compensate when a stud and clamping surface aren't perfectly perpendicular. This heavy-hex nut is similar to a Flange Nut but features a convex spherical radius underneath. The washer has a corresponding concave spherical radius to the nut. These are available in steel with thread sizes ranging from 1/4-20 to 1"-8 (M6 to M24 in metric), and in stainless steel with thread ranging sizes from 1/4-20 to 3/4-10.
