Carr Lane Shoulder Screws

These Hand-retractable plungers feature a locking mechanism that secures it in the retracted position. To lock the plunger, simply pull the knurled knob back and twist it 90°. This product features a slight taper for easy alignment during use. They are available with a radiused Delrin plunger (slightly larger plunger diameter and lighter spring force). Also available in steel or stainless steel variants.

Carr Lanes swing C washers are designed to be permanently fixed to any application and swing out of the way to allow for convenient loading. These washers can be positioned to swing either clockwise or counterclockwise. They are available in sizes which accommodate stud sizes 3/8 to 3/4" (M10 to M12 in metric).

Carr Lanes cone locating pin is designed to be used with the matching bushing. These pins are ideal for the fast assembly of two fixture parts, as they help accommodate significant misalignment. The pin's shank diameter and the bushing's outer diameter are precisely the same, enabling both fixture pieces to be bored for the installation hole simultaneously, ensuring enhanced accuracy. The mating bushing is paired with a Cone Locator Pin to align two pieces of a fixture.  These are offered with 1/2 and 3/4" shank diameters (12 and 20mm in metric).

Carr Lane Head Liners are similar to L bushings but include a head that offers resistance to substantial axial forces. The inner diameter of the liner has an exact sliding tolerance with the outer diameter of the replaceable bushing. This arrangement ensures the correct positioning of the replaceable bushing and shields the jig plate from damage and wear caused by regular bushing changes. The "length" specified for an HL bushing refers to its total length, not the portion beneath the head. These are available in both metric and imperial sizing.
