Carr Lane Shoulder Screws

Carr Lanes cone locating pin is designed to be used with the matching bushing. These pins are ideal for the fast assembly of two fixture parts, as they help accommodate significant misalignment. The pin's shank diameter and the bushing's outer diameter are precisely the same, enabling both fixture pieces to be bored for the installation hole simultaneously, ensuring enhanced accuracy. The mating bushing is paired with a Cone Locator Pin to align two pieces of a fixture.  These are offered with 1/2 and 3/4" shank diameters (12 and 20mm in metric).

Carr Lane Liner bushings are permanently installed bushings used to hold renewable drill bushings. The inner diameter of the liner has an exact sliding tolerance with the outer diameter of the replaceable bushing. This arrangement ensures the correct positioning of the replaceable bushing and shields the jig plate from damage and wear caused by regular bushing changes. The "length" specified for an HL bushing refers to its total length, not the portion beneath the head. These are available in both ground and unground options available.

Depending on extended screw length, these threaded alignment pins can be used for clamping and locating, or clamping only. The clamping bushing is made separate from the pin, and is required to be welded in place at the proper length to fit the application.  These are available in thread sizes from #10-32 to 1/2-13 (M6 to M12 in metric)

A precision indexing plunger featuring a user-friendly knob handle for easy retraction. The threaded-body model enables adjustable positioning and can be locked in place with an optional jam nut.  It offers exceptional strength and durability in a compact design. The plunger is hardened and ground for added reliability. Available in both locking and non-locking versions.

Slotted Locator Bushings are compatible with various alignment and locating pins to align two holes without binding. These precision bushings feature a tight tolerance in one direction and full relief in the perpendicular direction. . Available for pin diameters ranging from 3/16" to 1/2". An optional version in hardened 440C stainless steel is also available. These are available in knurled and press fit type.

Carr Lanes swing C washers are designed to be permanently fixed to any application and swing out of the way to allow for convenient loading. These washers can be positioned to swing either clockwise or counterclockwise. They are available in sizes which accommodate stud sizes 3/8 to 3/4" (M10 to M12 in metric).
