This heavy-hex nut is similar to a Flange Nut but features a convex spherical radius underneath. The washer has a corresponding concave spherical radius to the nut. These are available in steel with thread sizes ranging from 1/4-20 to 1"-8 (M6 to M24 in metric), and in stainless steel with thread ranging sizes from 1/4-20 to 3/4-10.
