The ideal fixture key for a wide range of applications. These keys are interchangeable, as they all fit into a standard 5/8" reamed hole. Easily mount any fixture on any machine tool by simply switching keys. No need to slot the underside of fixtures. Achieves concentricity with a tolerance of .0005" TIR or better. Secure the fixture from above or below using a hex wrench. Compatible with table-slot sizes ranging from 3/8" to 13/16" (12 to 22mm metric).
Carr lane offer a range of knurled check nuts , knurled nuts and acorn nuts. Knurled check nuts are versatile lock nuts designed for easy finger tightening. Available in thread sizes ranging from #10-32 to 5/8-11 (M5 to M16 in metric). Knurled nuts are robust lock nuts that can be tightened by hand or with a 1/4" or 6mm diameter extension rod. Features a large contact surface. Available in thread sizes from 1/4-20 to 5/8-11 (M6 to M16 in metric). Made in the USA. Acorn nuts are used to cover the end of a stud, preventing snagging and protecting the threads. Available in thread sizes from 1/4-20 to 3/4-10 (M6 to M20 in metric).
Carr Lane offer various types of washers including flat washers, spherical washers and knurled face washers. Flat washers have a serrated surface designed to stop two parts from slipping relative to one another. Spherical Washers are robust two-piece washers designed to adjust when a stud and clamping surface are not perfectly perpendicular. These items are available in metric and imperial sizing as well as steel and stainless-steel options for selected products.
A heavy duty stud levelling foot that features a wide-diameter pad and an integrated stud. The stud and swivel ball are crafted as a single, sturdy piece. The large swivel ball allows for a high load capacity and offers a total swivel range of 20°. Short Spring Plungers with Extended Travel feature the same body length as a Short Spring Plunger but offer the longer stroke of a standard Spring Plunger. This self-contained plunger and spring device comes in various sizes and includes a locking element to ensure the unit stays securely in place after installation. It can be installed and adjusted from either side.
