This self-contained plunger and spring device is available in a wide range of sizes, with a locking element that holds the unit securely in place after installation. Install and/or adjust from either end (when using the slot at the plunger end, install with a Plunger Wrench to avoid over-compressing the spring).

An effective tool used during the installation of Ball Plungers or Spring Plungers to make the process more efficient. Preferable to a screwdriver on the ball/nose end, due to the clearance hole in the centre preventing the over-compression of the plunger's internal spring. Available in sizes to accommodate all Ball Plungers and Spring Plungers from #4-48 to 1"-8 (M4 to M12 in metric).
Press-fit ball plungers are perfect for use in softer materials like aluminium, wood, or plastic. They are ideal when a threaded hole isn't feasible or when no adjustment is needed. The sturdy shoulder ensures a secure seating position and effectively resists detent force. The installation hole can be counterbored to accommodate the shoulder. They are available in four different versions including steel stainless, steel steal with Delrin ball and stainless steel with Delrin ball
These Carr Lane pull handles have a modern design handle that offers a comfortable grip with ergonomic features. These handles are available in both rounded or squared design options as well as a range of materials such s thermoplastic, aluminium and stainless steel. Options of metric and imperial sizing are available for this range.
These precision locating pins feature a chamfered tip for effortless part loading and a shoulder that helps resist downward forces. Typically, one Round Pin and one Diamond Pin are used together to locate two machined holes in a workpiece or to align two fixture components without causing binding. The head and shank diameters of the round locating pins are concentric to within .0005" TIR. These pins are available with head diameters ranging from 1/4" to 1" (6 to 20mm in metric).
Durable thumb screws featuring a knurled head for a secure grip, making it ideal for hand-tightening in light clamping tasks. It is offered in steel with thread sizes ranging from #10-32 to 1/2-13 (M5 to M12 in metric) and comes in various lengths. Additionally, stainless steel versions are available with thread sizes from #10-32 to 3/8-16, also in multiple length options.
Carr Lane cam handles are designed for use with an Eye Bolt or a custom-made drawbar. The continuous-rise spiral cam locks firmly in place at any position. It is available to fit Eye Bolt sizes ranging from 1/4-20 to 3/4-10 (M6 to M20 in metric).
Carr Lanes eye bolts are equipped with a reamed bearing hole and are manufactured using solid barstock to ensure high strength. These are available in metric and imperial sizing as well as both stainless steel and high-carbon steel.
