Clamp Straps

The Slotted-Heel Clamp Strap includes a replaceable clamping pad secured with two screws. The padded straps also accommodate custom pads or other attachments. These straps feature a slot underneath, enabling them to slide back easily for straightforward loading. Additionally, each side has a tapped hole at the rear for installing a Finger Pin. These are available to accommodate stud sizes ranging from 1/4-20 to 1/2-13 (M6 to M12 in metric), each in a choice of strap lengths. A complete clamp-strap assembly using a slotted-heel strap and a range of other items to complete the full assembly.

They can be used in pairs as a two-piece rest block or individually with a Step Clamp. Both Step Blocks and Step Clamps feature matching serrations, ensuring maximum flexibility. Larger blocks are equipped with a finger hole for easier handling. Step Blocks are sold as pairs (one set includes two blocks). Made in the USA. Carr lane Plain Clamps are double-ended, tapered-nose strap clamps that can hold two workpieces at once or serve as rear supports when used with Step Blocks to hold a single workpiece. They fit stud sizes from 3/8-16 to 3/4-10 (M10 to M20 in metric) and are available in three strap length choices.

Carr lanes step block and clamp sets are made up from an assortment of six step block pairs and six step clamps in a wooden holder. These sets are offered in two unique load ranges, standard and heavy. These are available to fit stud sizes from 3/8-16 to 3/4-10 (M10 to M20 in metric).

Carr Lane forged adjustable clamps are available in several variations. Thes include standard, flange nut assembly and hand knob assembly. These clamps deliver quick height adjustment without the need for blocks or shims. Its integrated design ensures fast setup and prevents the loss of clamp components. The clamp can be rotated 90° in either direction for added loading clearance. A removable brass heel protects the machine table. Available for stud sizes from 5/16-18 to 1"-8 (M8 to M24 in metric).

Carr Lane forged U clamps are designed with an open U shape that allows for easy removal of a clamp strap for loading and unloading. The open U end features two stepped tips that ensure consistent positioning. The opposite end has a cylindrical pin that reduces contact area, making it ideal for clamping in horizontal holes.
