About Minibooster
Minibooster are world leaders in hydraulic pressure boosters that maximise power and lower costs by turning low system pressure into high pressures ranging from 20 to 5000 bar. Founded as Iversen Hydraulics in 1994, before rebranding in 2000, Minibooster have enjoyed 30 prosperous years and are now the leading manufacturer of oscillating pressure intensifiers, recognised for their innovation in developing solutions that can fit virtually any application that requires pressure intensification.
Designed for compactness, Minibooster products require minimal space and seamlessly integrate with both new and exisiting hydraulic systems. By using this design philosophy, it eliminates the necessity for expensive hoses, pressure valves and piping. Their portfolio includes a wide array of models, each tailored to specific functions and environments. The entire range of Minibooster hydraulic pressure intensifiers cover 12 intensification ratios, up to 5,000 bar and flows up to 70l/min, using the almost any media including tap water.
Quality
Minibooster are ISO 9001 registered and feels obliged to offer a continuous process of improvements, reflected within its products. HYQUIP's ISO 9001 certification also guarantees the compliance with standard guidelines.

HC2D versions: 13 different intensification factors
The M-HC-012 In-line Intensifier System is designed to boost the hydraulic pressure from the pump to the workload. The system operates by solenoid activation. The operator is in full control of the system and can decide if a boosted pressure to the workload should be applied.
M-HC-012 is provided with four mounting holes for through bolt installation. The four connection ports are placed logically in pairs and in line of each other on the HIC block. All surfaces are electroplated for good protection and fine surface finish.
The M-HC25 is a compact field unit weighing only 5.0 kg. It is ideal for use in a variety of applications where building and maintaining high pressure is required.
The M-HC25 incorporates a counterbalance valve, which allows fast-forward movement of a cylinder by directing the full inlet flow to pass directly through the booster section until the set pressure has been reached. Then the counterbalance valve opens, and the booster starts oscillating.
The M-HC25 booster will automatically stall when the high-pressure side H is reached. The booster will continuously compensate for oil consumption to maintain the high pressure. Adjustment of the outlet pressure is carried out by varying the supplied pressure.
An optional orifice can be mounted in the booster to reduce inlet flow to the maximum allowed for the intensification ratio selected.
HC2D2HW is a dual media miniBOOSTER stainless steel 316L unit which is capable of delivering up to 1.6 l/min flow on the high-pressure end. Like other miniBOOSTER models, the HC2D2HW raises supplied pressure to a higher outlet pressure and automatically compensates for consumption of oil to maintain the high pressure.
Adjustment of the outlet pressure is carried out by varying the supplied pressure. Relative to its flow capability, the HC2D2HW is a compact unit weighing 8.0 kg.
The HC78W is a very compact low leakage miniBOOSTER stainless steel 316L steel unit capable of delivering pressure up to 1,380 bar weighing only 5.4 kg. It is ideal for use in applications that require minimal standby oil consumption, such as control systems in the oil industry driven by solar panels, where energy consumption must be kept at a minimum
The HC78W incorporates a 2/2 directional valve controlled with a pilot signal from the high-pressure side, simply cutting off pump supply when the high pressure is obtained and activates again when high pressure drops.
The HC78W raises supplied pressure to a higher outlet pressure and automatically compensates for consumption of oil to maintain the high pressure. Adjustment of the outlet pressure is carried out by varying the supplied pressure. With a selection of different high-pressure adapters, a variety of threads can be obtained from the M22x1.5 thread in the HP port.
The HC2DHW is a dual-acting miniBOOSTER stainless steel 316L unit which is capable of delivering up to 5.0 l/min flow on the high-pressure end. Like other miniBOOSTER models, the HC2DHW raises supplied pressure to a higher outlet pressure and automatically compensates for consumption of oil to maintain the high pressure.
Adjustment of the outlet pressure is carried out by varying the supplied pressure. Relative to its flow capability, the HC2DHW is a compact unit weighing 8.0 kg.

This in-line filter provides protection in hydraulic systems up to 200 bar
The M-HC-013 In-line Intensifier System is designed to boost the hydraulic pressure from the pump to the workload. It operates only when needed, to save energy.
M-HC-013 is provided with four mounting holes for through bolt installation. The four connection ports are placed logically in pairs and in line of each other on the HIC block. All surfaces are electroplated for good protection and fine surface finish.
The M-HC225 is a compact field unit weighing only 5.7 kg. It is ideal for use in a variety of applications where building and maintaining high pressure is required.
The M-HC225 incorporates a Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) to control inlet pressure to the booster section, and an optional orifice to reduce inlet flow to the maximum allowed for the intensification ratio selected.
The integrated Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) protects both booster and high-pressure tool against too high pressure. It secures a stable high pressure regardless of changes in the tank line pressure.
The M-HC225 also incorporates a counterbalance valve, which allows fast-forward movement of a cylinder by directing the full inlet flow to pass directly through the booster section until the set pressure has been reached. Then the counterbalance valve opens, and the booster starts oscillating.
The M-HC225 booster will automatically stall when the high-pressure side H is reached. The booster will continuously compensate for oil consumption to maintain the high pressure. Adjustment of the outlet pressure is carried out by varying the supplied pressure.
An optional orifice can be mounted in the booster to reduce inlet flow to the maximum allowed for the intensification ratio selected.
