Hand-knob assembly with a captive, freely rotating washer to prevent marring in clamping applications. Four-prong design provides a firm grip for applications requiring quick tightening and high torque. This hand-knob assembly features an integral steel clamping screw with a removable swivel foot, again with four-prong design, a firm grip is provided for applications requiring quick tightening and high torque. With a choice of four knob sizes, with several threads and thread lengths.
Knob Shoe Assemblies use our patented left-handthread swivel-foot system. The ball end of the body screws into the foot for easy installation and removal. Once the ball threads pass beyond the foot threads, the foot can rotate and pivot freely (20° total angle). Foot threads are left-hand to positively prevent accidental backout during use. Delrin® feet are optional.

Carr lane heavy duty key inserts feature a thick thread wall making it ideal and compatible with a wide range of applications. These key inserts can be used for thread reinforcement particularly when the stud or bolt is moved frequently. Key Inserts are also ideal for quickly repairing stripped, damaged, or worn threads. The locking keys ensure the insert stays securely in place, preventing rotation. These are available in both steel and stainless steal as well as both metric and imperial sizes.
Durable thumb screws featuring a knurled head for a secure grip, making it ideal for hand-tightening in light clamping tasks. It is offered in steel with thread sizes ranging from #10-32 to 1/2-13 (M5 to M12 in metric) and comes in various lengths. Additionally, stainless steel versions are available with thread sizes from #10-32 to 3/8-16, also in multiple length options.
Carr lanes clamp rests offer rear support for slotted heel clamp straps. The steel variants are equipped with a hex head to allow adjustment and is furnished with a jam nut. The stainless-steel variant is manufactured with a drilled to accommodate a rod to allow turning. Each of these variants are available in various sizes. Carr lane clamp rest screws available in thread sizes 3/8-16 and 1/2-13, each in a choice of three lengths.
The palm grip knob handle features an ergonomic design that ensures a comfortable hold, significantly alleviating strain on the hands, wrists, and arms. This design helps minimize the risk of repetitive motion injuries. It has a textured, non-slip surface with a glare-resistant finish. Offered in a single handle size, it comes with tapped-hole options ranging from 1/4-20 to 3/8-16. The tapered, heavy-duty design offers an ideal grip as a handle or machine shift lever. It is available in three handle sizes, with tapped-hole options ranging from 1/4-20 to 1/2-13 (M6 to M10 in metric). The moulded brass insert enhances thread durability and strength. Additionally, all three handle sizes can be provided in solid plastic with a counterbored through-hole.
Carr Lanes eye bolts are equipped with a reamed bearing hole and are manufactured using solid barstock to ensure high strength. These are available in metric and imperial sizing as well as both stainless steel and high-carbon steel.
Heavy-Duty Swivel Hoist Rings are built with a forged lifting ring and a simplified design for easy disassembly. These hoist rings can pivot 180° and swivel 360° simultaneously, enabling lifting from any direction. They are available with both inch and metric threads, offering load capacities up to 30,000 lbs, with many options featuring different bolt lengths. For sizes up to 10,000 lbs, a long ring option is available, providing added reach and compatibility with larger lifting hooks.
