Hand Knob Assemblies

Classic, easy-to-grip aluminum knob with an integral steel clamping screw. Four-prong design provides a firm grip for applications requiring quick tightening and high torque, with a chouice of three knob sizes, several threads and thread lengths.

Swivel Washer Hand Knob Assemblies

Hand-knob assembly with a captive, freely rotating washer to prevent marring in clamping applications. Four-prong design provides a firm grip for applications requiring quick tightening and high torque. With a plain end screw with no dogpoint and a choice of three knob sizes with several threads and thread lengths.

Knob Shoe Assemblies

This hand-knob assembly features an integral steel clamping screw with a removable swivel foot, again with four-prong design, a firm grip is provided for applications requiring quick tightening and high torque. With a choice of four knob sizes, with several threads and thread lengths.

Knob Shoe Assemblies use our patented left-handthread swivel-foot system. The ball end of the body screws into the foot for easy installation and removal. Once the ball threads pass beyond the foot threads, the foot can rotate and pivot freely (20° total angle). Foot threads are left-hand to positively prevent accidental backout during use. Delrin® feet are optional.

The Slotted-Heel Clamp Strap includes a replaceable clamping pad secured with two screws. The padded straps also accommodate custom pads or other attachments. These straps feature a slot underneath, enabling them to slide back easily for straightforward loading. Additionally, each side has a tapped hole at the rear for installing a Finger Pin. These available to accommodate stud sizes ranging from1/4-20 to 1/2-13 (M6 to M12 in metric), each in a choice of strap lengths. This clamp strap can be ordered individually or in a complete clamp assembly. Carr Lane L and T Pins

L Pins and T Pins have precision-ground pin diameter to ensure accurate hole alignment. L Pins and T Pins are removable locating pins with a durable construction, each featuring a handle end with a small hole for attaching an optional cable. These pins come in a variety of diameters and lengths. Jig Pins, similar to L and T Pins, incorporate an integral shoulder to keep the handle raised.  Also available from the Carr Lane range, locking L Pins and T Pins with a lock screw that securely holds bushings in place. These pins are available in both imperial and metric sizes.

Carr lane heavy duty key inserts feature a thick thread wall making it ideal and compatible with a wide range of applications. These key inserts can be used for thread reinforcement particularly when the stud or bolt is moved frequently. Key Inserts are also ideal for quickly repairing stripped, damaged, or worn threads.
