Alignment Pins and Accessories

Marine detent pins are quick-release pins used in applications where grip length isn't important. These alignment pins are are equipped with a on spring-loaded locking ball and has a ring rather than a solid shoulder. They are made to withstand extra corrosion resistance therefore are made of 316 stainless steel. The locking balls use spring force to lock the pin in place and doesn't use positive locking like a ball lock pin. Using these detent pins is easy, simply push the pin to insert and pull to remove.

Carr Lane locking-pin bushings are compatible with Locking L Pins, Locking T Pins and Locking Clamping Pins. They are equipped with a retainer spring clip on the inside diameter, and is compatible with all types of locking pins and locating screws. These precision bushings are designed to be press-fitted into a standard reamed hole and can be securely fastened with a lock screw to ensure the bushing remains in place.

 Locating Tool for holding knurled Slotted Locator Bushings in place during embedment. Stepped locating pin has a slip-fit tolerance shank to fit a locating liner bushing in a template plate and a head diameter with flats to fit a Slotted Locator Bushing perfectly.

Jig Pins have precision-ground pin diameter to ensure accurate hole alignment. L Pins and T Pins are removable locating pins with a durable construction, each featuring a handle end with a small hole for attaching an optional cable. These pins come in a variety of diameters and lengths. Jig Pins, similar to L and T Pins, incorporate an integral shoulder to keep the handle raised. Carr Lane also offers locking L Pins and T Pins with a lock screw that securely holds bushings in place. These pins are available in both imperial and metric sizes.

Carr Lane T- handle heavy duty ball lock pins are one of four variations within the heavy-duty ball lock pin range. The heavy-duty ball lock pins act similarly to standard ball lock pins with the difference being that they have a larger, heavier handle for rough service.
