Carr Lane’s highly durable standard clamping studs are designed to be used with a T nut or to be directly installed into a fixture plate. These are available in both steel and stainless-steel variants with thread sizes ranging from 1/4-20 to 1"-8 (M6 to M20 in metric). A wide range of lengths are available for these clamping studs.

Carr Lane fixture studs are designed with a thread-locking interference thread at the bottom end to install in a fixture plate on a permanent basis. These small sizes are manufactured precisely and especially for mini sizes stainless clamp straps. These fixture studs are available in thread sizes from #10-32 to 3/8-16 with a range of lengths to choose from.

Carr Lane fully threaded studs are ideal for creating custom assemblies with thread-locking adhesives, such as stud-type hand knobs and cushion spindles for toggle clamps. These are manufactured from 316 stainless steel to offer excellent corrosion resistance. Fully threaded studs are available in thread sizes ranging from #10-32 to 1/2-13 (M5 to M10 in metric). Carr Lane also offer larger sizes for use as clamping studs in forged adjustable clamps. These larger studs are manufactured from high-carbon steel with sizes that range from 5/16-18 to 1"-8 (M8 to M24 in metric).

Carr Lane’s T nuts are completely manufactured to fit precisely in a specific machine-table T slot. Their design features a long, thin body and a flange on a single end. These T nuts are offered in sizes for almost any inch or metric machine-table slot. Each has a choice of thread sizes. Standard T Nuts are designed and crafted using mild steel material with a black oxide finish. A stainless steel variation is also available.
