Carr Lane's flange nuts are heavy-hex nuts featuring a flanged face. The wide bearing surface helps protect the part beneath the nut from damage while offering enhanced strength. They are perfect for clamping over slots and are fully machined from solid barstock for added durability. These are available in steel with thread sizes from 1/4-20 to 1-1/4"-7 (M6 to M24 in metric), and in stainless steel with thread sizes from #10-32 to 5/8-11. Many of the inch sizes of this product are also available with fine thread pitch.

Carr Lane Spherical nuts and washers is a combination of a nut and washer designed to compensate when a stud and clamping surface aren't perfectly perpendicular. This heavy-hex nut is similar to a Flange Nut but features a convex spherical radius underneath. The washer has a corresponding concave spherical radius to the nut. These are available in steel with thread sizes ranging from 1/4-20 to 1"-8 (M6 to M24 in metric), and in stainless steel with thread ranging sizes from 1/4-20 to 3/4-10.

Flat washers have a serrated surface designed to stop two parts from slipping relative to one another. Spherical Washers are robust two-piece washers designed to adjust when a stud and clamping surface are not perfectly perpendicular. Carr Lane C washers are designed for easy installation, allowing it to slide in and out of position for convenient loading. This versatile washer can be used either paired with a nut for secure fastening, or slid into a radial groove on a drawbar for a firm and stable fit. These washers are available in steel to accommodate stud sizes #10 to 1" (M5 to M24 in metric), and in stainless steel for stud sizes 1/4 and 3/8" (M6 and M10 in metric).

Carr Lanes swing C washers are designed to be permanently fixed to any application and swing out of the way to allow for convenient loading. These washers can be positioned to swing either clockwise or counterclockwise. They are available in sizes which accommodate stud sizes 3/8 to 3/4" (M10 to M12 in metric).
