The hardened clamping bolt is located in a guide housing, and is connected to the flange-mounted block-cylinder by means of a coupling.

The threaded contact bolt features an integrated swivel ball designed to hold a Round Gripper. This swivel ball, secured by a retaining ring, can be easily removed for the installation of any of the nine available Round Gripper types. The Gripper Swivel Contact Bolts include a fastening screw for the gripper, which also acts as a stop to prevent excessive swivelling of the ball. These bolts can be used both as contact bolts or supports. They come in thread sizes ranging from 3/8-16 to 1"-8 (M10 to M24 in metric), with most sizes available in various lengths.  For smaller sizes, refer to the Gripper Swivel Contact Bolts (Mini).

Carr Lane forged clamp straps are high strength tapped heel clamp straps that are available with either a locator nose or plain radius nose. These clamp straps have a tapped heel that accepts an adjustable rear support, such as a Stud levelling Foot. The items are available to accommodate stud sizes of fit 5/8-11, 3/4-10, and 7/8-9.

Carr Lane Head Press Fit Bushings are a variation of standard press fit bushings, featuring a head designed to withstand significant axial loads. These bushings are permanently installed into the jig plate and are typically used for single-operation drilling or reaming, where the bushings are not intended to be replaced throughout the tooling's lifespan. The head of these bushings can either remain exposed or be recessed by counterboring the installation hole.
