WMC-series self-contained hydraulic cutters have rotating heads for operator convenience

A precision indexing plunger featuring a user-friendly knob handle for easy retraction. The threaded-body model enables adjustable positioning and can be locked in place with an optional jam nut.  It offers exceptional strength and durability in a compact design. The plunger is hardened and ground for added reliability. Available in both locking and non-locking versions.

Phenolic knurled knobs are compact, ergonomic knobs made from phenolic material. The textured head ensures a secure grip for easy hand tightening in light clamping tasks. A moulded brass insert enhances thread durability and strength. There is a selection of five different knob sizes and available with a moulded in steel stud. These knobs are available in three different configurations, which includes: stud type, stud type with short hub and tapped.

Each of these Carr Lane reamed-hole fixture keys can accommodate two different table-slot sizes by rotating 90°. They should be installed in a standard 5/8" reamed hole with a concentricity of .0005" TIR or better. Secure them from below using a 1/4-20 socket-head cap screw through the counterbored hole, or from above with a 5/16-18 socket-head cap screw.

Locking Clamping Pins are available as Complete Assembly, Pin Only and Bushing Only, similar to clamping pins except the pin is positively retained in the bushing. In its retracted position, the bushing's spring clip clips into the pin's radial groove. This prevents removal by using spring force to hold the pin in a fully retracted position. Depending on extended screw length, these threaded alignment pins can be used for clamping and locating, or clamping only. The clamping bushing is made separate from the pin, and is required to be welded in place at the proper length to fit the application.  These are available in thread sizes from #10-32 to 1/2-13 (M6 to M12 in metric)
