Carr Lane Head Press Fit Bushings are a variation of standard press fit bushings, featuring a head designed to withstand significant axial loads. These bushings are permanently installed into the jig plate and are typically used for single-operation drilling or reaming, where the bushings are not intended to be replaced throughout the tooling's lifespan. The head of these bushings can either remain exposed or be recessed by counterboring the installation hole.

Pallet fixture keys are designed for securing tooling plates and blocks to standard DIN pallets. Each pallet needs one centre key and one radial key for proper orientation. If needed, the radial key can be removed after the pallet is secured to the machine table. The threaded hole on top of each pin simplifies both insertion and removal. The centre keys featured here are compatible with 25, 30, and 50mm centre-hole diameters, while the radial keys are available for 20 and 25mm radial-hole diameters.

Spring stop buttons are flange-mounted spring plungers featuring a broad contact surface, making them perfect for applying side pressure to secure a workpiece against its locators until clamps are positioned. They’re also ideal for light clamping tasks. Carr Lane provides three distinct types of spring stop buttons along with compatible spring stop button adapters to suit various applications.
