The heavy-duty levelling assembly consists of a radius-head screw, a tapped plate, and a hex nut, designed for durability and reliable performance. It is available in a wide range of thread sizes, from 3/8"-16 to 1"-8, as well as metric options ranging from M10 to M24, ensuring compatibility with various applications and needs.

Carr Lane Marine ball lock pins are available in three variations including: button handle, recessed button handle and ring handle. This range is only available in stainless steel to provide extra protection from corrosion in marine environments. Ball lock pins are high-strength, quick-release alignment pins with a precision ground shank. These are available in pin diameters from 3/16 to 3/4" (5 to 16mm in metric).Pins with special grip lengths up to 12” (300mm) and other special features can be made to order.  If you wish to configure your own marine ball lock pins do not hesitate to contact our sales team.

The innovative grooved-bar design operates efficiently and securely – simply push the bar forward to engage the workpiece, then rotate clockwise to apply pressure. To release, turn anti-clockwise and slide the bar back. The Sliding handle can be moved to any position to provide optimal leverage. It delivers the same strength as a traditional screw clamp but with significantly faster operation. Available with both sliding-bar handle and knob handle variations.

A precision locating pin is commonly used with a matching bushing to align two parts of a fixture. The pin’s head and shank diameters are concentric within .0005" TIR. Available in pin diameters of 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", and 1/2" (6mm, 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm in metric). A precision bushing is used with a Bullet-Nose Dowel to align two components of a fixture. The bushing’s ID and OD are concentric within .0003" TIR. Available for pin diameters of 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", and 1/2" (6mm, 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm in metric).
