Carr Lane Press fit bushings are the most common yet most cost-effective type of drill bushing in the range. P-style drill bushings are the most common and cost-effective type of drill bushing. These bushings are permanently installed into the jig plate, typically flush with the top surface. Press fit bushings (P- style) bushings are primarily used for single-operation drilling or reaming, particularly when there is no expectation of replacing the bushings throughout the tooling's lifespan. They can be mounted closer together than headed bushings but provide less resistance to heavy axial loads. These are available in both ground and unground variants. Standard bushes are listed below however configurations are available on enquiry.

These precision locating pins feature a chamfered tip for effortless part loading and a shoulder that helps resist downward forces. Typically, one Round Pin and one Diamond Pin are used together to locate two machined holes in a workpiece or to align two fixture components without causing binding.  The head and shank diameters of the round locating pins are concentric to within .0005" TIR. These pins are available with head diameters ranging from 1/4" to 1" (6 to 20mm in metric).

Carr Lane Side-Pull Hoist Rings are designed for side mounting applications. These Side-pull hoist rings enable the rotation and repositioning of loads without needing to detach them, by using a spreader bar. The lifting ring on these hoist rings can rotate 360° and pivot 180°, providing versatile lifting from any angle. Standard versions of the Carr Lane Side-Pull Hoist Rings feature inch threads with load capacities up to 2,500 lbs or metric threads with capacities up to 3,500 lbs. The Heavy-Duty Hoist Rings in this section offer inch threads with capacities up to 10,000 lbs. or metric threads with capacities up to 9,200 lbs. These are available in both triangular ring and D ring variations.

Heavy-Duty Swivel Hoist Rings are built with a forged lifting ring and a simplified design for easy disassembly. These hoist rings can pivot 180° and swivel 360° simultaneously, enabling lifting from any direction. They are available with both inch and metric threads, offering load capacities up to 30,000 lbs, with many options featuring different bolt lengths. For sizes up to 10,000 lbs, a long ring option is available, providing added reach and compatibility with larger lifting hooks.

Carr Lane Lock screws can be used on either the "slip" side or the "fixed" side of a slip/fixed renewable bushing. Lockscrews are the most popular locking device for renewable drill bushings. These Lockscrews are designed and manufactured to be simple, strong, compact, and economical. Carr Lane lockscrews are available in a wide variety of sizes to accommodate renewable bushings ranging from 3/16" to 5" body diameter. TW series also available for thin-wall bushings. These Lockscrews are now only available in packs of 5.
