The hinge clamp is a double acting hydraulic cylinder with integrated clamping lever. When pressurising the element, the piston moves upwards and swivels the clamping lever over the hinges forwards and at the same time downwards onto the workpiece. The piston force is deviated by 180° and, depending on the lever length, the force is available as clamping force.
Carr lane miniature stainless steel slotted-heel clamp straps are equipped with a radius nose to provide firm workpiece contact. These clamp straps feature a slot underneath to slide straight back for easy loading. These are available to accommodate stud sizes ranging from #10-32 to 3/8-16, each in a choice of strap lengths. This clamp strap can be ordered individually or in a complete clamp assembly. The available assemblies are assembly with flange nut, assembly with spherical nut & washer, assembly with knurled knob and assembly with knurled knob & spherical washer.
A practical hold-down clip designed to prevent Swivel Hoist Rings and Side-Pull Hoist Rings from rotating when not in use. Made of spring steel and zinc plated. Available in two sizes: one for ring diameters ranging from 3/8" to 5/8", and the other for ring diameters from 3/4" to 1-1/16".
