Carr Lane Press fit bushings are the most common yet most cost-effective type of drill bushing in the range. P-style drill bushings are the most common and cost-effective type of drill bushing. These bushings are permanently installed into the jig plate, typically flush with the top surface. Press fit bushings (P- style) bushings are primarily used for single-operation drilling or reaming, particularly when there is no expectation of replacing the bushings throughout the tooling's lifespan. They can be mounted closer together than headed bushings but provide less resistance to heavy axial loads. These are available in both ground and unground variants. Standard bushes are listed below however configurations are available on enquiry.

he precision tooling ball serves as a reference for essential inspection, layout, and machining tasks. The adjustable version is manufactured without a shoulder, allowing it to be positioned at any required height and secured with a set screw. The concentricity between the ball and shank is within .0002" TIR. These construction balls are offered in 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" ball sizes.

The heavy-duty swivel foot pivots to ensure even contact with sloped surfaces. Its large swivel ball offers a high load capacity with an 20° total swivel angle. Tapped-hole sizes range from 1/4-20 to 3/4-10 (M6 to M20 in metric). This press-in receptacle creates an ideal mating hole for a Ball Plunger. The 90° point ensures smooth detent action and dependable retention. These hardened receptacles are designed to withstand side loads, preventing wear to the parent material. L Pins and T Pins have precision-ground pin diameter to ensure accurate hole alignment. L Pins and T Pins are removable locating pins with a durable construction, each featuring a handle end with a small hole for attaching an optional cable. These pins come in a variety of diameters and lengths. Jig Pins, similar to L and T Pins, incorporate an integral shoulder to keep the handle raised.  Also available from the Carr Lane range, locking L Pins and T Pins with a lock screw that securely holds bushings in place. These pins are available in both imperial and metric sizes.
